As the owner and web designer for b-Mola Vancouver, I embarked on a mission to establish a thriving e-commerce business. My objectives were multifaceted: to design and implement an effective e-commerce platform that would serve as the foundation of our online presence; to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to attract and retain customers; to manage the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint; to streamline order fulfillment processes for efficiency and reliability; and to cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and partners to maintain product quality and optimize inventory management.

Most importantly, I ensured that all information related to the air purifier units and the store itself was accessible and logically laid out for the best interest of my website visitors and customers. These goals were set with the vision of creating a robust, user-centered e-commerce operation that would stand out in the competitive online marketplace.

Over the course of nearly two years, the efforts to achieve these goals yielded significant results. The e-commerce platform I designed and implemented proved successful, generating over 20,000 CAD in revenue. By executing SEO optimization and digital marketing strategies, I substantially improved b-Mola Vancouver's online visibility and traffic. The user-centered design approach I implemented enhanced the overall customer experience, from the initial interface interaction through post-purchase support. The strategy proved highly effective: strategic SEO optimization combined with intuitive UI design significantly boosted organic traffic, which ultimately generated 70% of total revenue.


Streamlining order fulfillment processes ensured timely delivery and increased customer satisfaction, contributing to positive reviews and repeat business. Through effective collaboration with suppliers and partners, I maintained high product quality and optimized inventory management, avoiding stockouts and overstock situations. This experience allowed me to develop and refine expertise in various critical skills, including User Experience Design, Web Design, E-commerce SEO, Online Marketing, and Customer Service. These achievements not only met the initial goals but also positioned b-Mola Vancouver for continued growth and success in the competitive e-commerce market.
